What the Fattoush?

Plant-based, Palestinian-inspired plates

Jess Howe and Meg Maule – co-founders of What the Fattoush? – were taught to cook authentic Middle Eastern food by camp residents across European and Palestinian refugee camps.

What the Fattoush? is proud to work with charities advocating Palestinian human rights including What the Fattoush’s partner charity SkatePal, an NGO supporting young people in Palestine through skateboarding.
